odpis aktualny mam , wyciąg mam a dalej w którym urzedzie to złożyć jak trasa przebiega przez 5 woj.

trasa nie ma znaczenia może nawet przebiegac przez 8 województw, oni dostaja zgode na wjazd na teren UE. zatem jedyny urząd to Urząd ds Cudzoziemców w Warszawce lub w urzędach wojewódzkich z wydziałach ds cudzoziemców

Rafal - mozesz to zlozyc w swoim urzedzie, a i tak trafi do Warszawy bo tu wydawane sa decyzje. Wowczas tez soobiscie w tym samym urzedzie odbierzesz. Wydaje mi sie, ze zeby ktos inny mogl to zlozyc potrzebne bylo by upowazneinie, badz inna osoba z KRSu.

ja juz sie zajelam ta sprawa czekam tylko na reszta danych od nich i skladam wniosek o zaproszenia, moze sie uda bo to juz malo czasu

I think the IBIS Stare Miasto http://www.ibis.com/pl/hotel-3714-ibis- ... ndex.shtml" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; might be convenient. It's in walking distance to Old Town (worth visiting in Saturday). There is a parking lot in the underground. The hotel is 3,7 km from MR start http://goo.gl/maps/489XM" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Price is 165 PLN for 2 w/o breakfast and 205 PLN for 2 B&B.
If you prefer something else, I'll look around.

If you will stay close to the Old Town there's something more to see. Each Friday and Saturday at 21:30 we have multimedia-fontain show between the Old Town and the Vistula River. If you prefer washing yourself, we will put the list of car washes later on. I think 1-2 hrs before the start you will meet many of our participants in those places
